About

Anthony Atkinson lives in Brighton where he works as a freelance illustrator.

He spends much of his time wandering the hills and paths of the imaginary
worlds in his mind, collecting ideas for his various hand-drawn landscapes
and characters: stopping by the shoreline to skim some flat ones, checking
out eagles from a high ridge top, or popping into the pub for story-time with
the locals. A colourful, nature-filled world, alive with ideas and folklore.

Together with Mathew Clayton, Anthony has produced a book, Lundy,
Rockall, Dogger, Fair Isle: A celebration of the islands around Britain
,
published by Ebury Press (Random House) in May 2015. In his literary
endeavours he is represented by Diana Beaumont.
