Utopia
Animation featured in the Brighton International Animation Festival 2024

This animation was featured in the Brighton International Animation Festival 2024 exhibition on the theme of Utopia. It is only 15 seconds long but designed to be played in a loop.

Entitled, “My Utopia is better than yours”, the animation explores the notion that utopias are fictional worlds conjured up by those who have an idea of what the perfect society should be. But, whilst one person’s utopia is a dream come true, for others it could be a nightmare…

The animations in the exhibition were presented as static images which animated when viewed using the Eyejacker app on a smart phone.
